I have had extreme pain in both my breast sfor the past week. The pain has been really sever and it hurts to touch them, to move them to put a bra on or off, basically life hurts them. To the point it sometimes brings tears to my eyes.
I havent had sex for about a month.
I had gone to the doctor last week for a different issue (pain in my lower abdomen/pelvic region during the end of urination or when I sat down) He did a pregnancy test that came back negative. Which is usual for me as I have Poly Cystic Ovarian disease/syndrom AND i cannot be on birth control due to blood clots. He then did an xray and said I was probably just constipated. Which is funny to me because I have had pretty steady diarehha since I got my gall bladder removed over 2 years ago now.
What I would like to know is if one week could make a difference in pregnancy test results when a person doesnt have regular periods if any at all. So it isnt like I could say I am late or anything because I rarely have my period
Is there something else that could be causing this intense pain? I mean, I have had the before you get your period tenderness... but NEVER to this degree.
BTW - I am still having the pain during/after urination and when I sit if i dont sit down the right way. It isnt as severe as it has been, but it is still there.

I would get checked for an ovarian cyst. I currently have one that is causing me extreme breast pain and lower abdominal pain. I was checked by a doctor and informed of the cyst. I have had a full hysterectomy minus the one ovary I was left. A cyst can cause increased hormones and can make you feel and look slightly pregnant.
