I'm 18, uncircumcised, and a virgin
For six months, my penis urethra has been abnormal - it's uncomfortable, sometimes itchy (Very rarely), sometimes seemingly warmer than the rest of my body, but always considerably sensitive to the touch and slightly swollen as if it had reddish lips at the tip. I figure it's either severely irritated or suffering from an unknown cause.
I'm going to describe everything that has occurred to me penis-wise in the past six months because I've gone to my doctor literally dozens of times and with a urologist once. Neither says anything was wrong - I'm basically hoping for the cure by asking here.
Six or seven months ago, I had a minor injury where I masturbated with my penis at an angle. While climaxing, I'm not sure if I ruptured a vein or not, but it felt as if someone snapped a rubber band on the bottom end of my penis gland (The area where I placed pressure). There was just mild pain, no blood; I left it alone for a week, and it went away I suppose.
A couple of days after that, I had a minor infection in the area under my foreskin. It was one of those easily treatable ones that uncircumcised men usually get - it was just an irritated ring around my penis skin. When I tried cleaning it by direct contact with soap in the shower, I almost fainted from the pain. But that infection cured eventually - I didn't even need to go to the doctor.
A few days after that is when my penis tip swelled up. It's been the same since. The urethral opening stings when my clothes rub against it, or it just has sporadic moments or uncomfortableness, and it's just not the same when I masturbate. Also, I have some minor rashes on my penis corona, and now it's uncomfortable when I try to retract my penis (It's almost as if I'm peeling my foreskin back).
I read recently that soap might be the cause for some of what has been happening, although I've used soap all my life. I always used to clean all of my penis with direct soap contact. I've been without it for two weeks, just washing it with warm water instead. But my penis is still suffering - I've ruled it out.
Treatment for this?
Thank you for taking the time to read and respond - this has been driving me almost into a spiral of depression.

Hi honey! I think you might have damaged the frenulum and if you take a look at this link, it sounds VERY similar to yourself

So time will fix the frenulum, but in the mean time it is now obviously irritated, so please abstain from using ANY soap items on the area! You need non scented non soap non colored cleanser - such as spectrogel. use polysporin on any irritated or sore area! And keep the area covered, when getting out of the shower dry of and air dry as much as possible. DONT wear tight pants or underpants OK? This iwll irritate it more!
IF in 1 week it doesn't work I would like you to ask your doctor about your frenulum OK? Please let me know how you make out and good luck and health honey!
