Ok so if im having sex with a condom and then ejaculate, how would i keep having sex. Of course i would take of that condom i came but to keep going at a safe manner, what would i have to do? Should i take of the condom, wipe myself clean with a towel, and put on a new one? Thanks

That is not exactly true. There are many guys who can continue after an orgasm.
If you are using a condom, you have to stop, and remove that condom you ejaculated into - then put on a new condom making 100% sure no part of the outside of the condom touches your penis. If you accidentally put it upside down, and it touches your penis you have to throw it away and put a new one on. Now - ideally - you would clean your penis and even urinate between to get rid of all traces of semen, but I understand that isn't always practical.
