i have been having painful urination especially in the morning and an itchy urethra bt after takiing plenty of water it disappears i also recently got a wound on my anus wat could be the problem

You might be experiencing a bout of UTI or Urinary Tract Infection as well. Normally drinking lots of water should help eliminate, but, if it gives increased trouble - suggest you visit a doctor who may examine you and recommend medication. As for the wound around anus, the doctor might examine this as well. Good luck
