I have neuroma on my left foot between the 2 big toes and the 2 smaller toes. Should I be playing right now while gettin cortizone shots or should I layoff? Also should I get the surgery if recommended or not?

I would probably hold off the sports for a while. All of a sudden things start to feel better and we have a tendency to over work something because it's not bothering us anymore, sort of out of site out of mind kind of thing.
