Hello All.
I'm a 34 year old pretty active guy. Recently I have been going back into MMA, Lifting and have now been expieriencing pain. It starts in my Bicept, and then radiates behind my elbow and comes all the way back up to my shoulder. I would have said it was tendonitis but it seems to be happening to both arms (Left arm more severe which I had shoulder issues)
After having a hard work out these normally get to around a 5-6 where I feel I can't even lift my arms up and after an hour they disappear. Now I can row and pull with no issue, the pain usually is only when I do pushups or pull ups)
