Have you received a list or been told how you are about to behave post-op and things you should and shouldn’t be doing for some time?
You are not supposed to exercise or exert in a similar way for at least three weeks, you are not supposed to have sex for six to eight weeks and you are not supposed to use tampons for two weeks after the surgery.
Have you had your follow-up? A doc should decide if you are ready for such activities or not? I reckon that you should be ready by now if you don’t still have any pain or swelling.
