i have been feeling sick recently and have had stomach pains. I feel bloated and need the tpilet alot , what is wrong with me

When you say stomach pains, do you mean cramps? Are you also nauseous? Vomiting? How are your stools? Any fever? What other symptoms do you have? Any temperature?
