I have only just started the use of bisoprolol, because I suffer from hypertension, and I am already feeling the effects. On the one hand, my blood pressure has come down to an acceptable level now. On the other hand, I feel fatigued and lethargic. Is there anything I can do about this, or should I just accept that bisoprolol has some side effects?
