I feel pressure on the left upper forehead and some kind of swell. I don't know what is wrong with me. I'm unable to work because of this condition. It is like I have brain fog, not being able to focus because the pain, it has also messed up my speech. I noticed when the pressure goes down I can talk perfect. It’s not like I am having mouth pain but it's the pressure in my head from the sinusitis that screws up my speech. What I should do about this sinusitis?

I have the same problem on the left side of my head. It is more above my left ear with all the same symptoms you've described. I am suffering from sinusitis for years, allergies, and a recently had sinus and ear infection. I took antibiotics from my ear nose and throat, but that only worked for awhile and the symptoms came back. My therapies are mostly antihistamines and sometimes I breathe moist air, but I am never completely well.
