Ive had same problem since i was a teenager . My boobs feel bumpy and my boyfriend always thinks I'm cold and have goose bumps what he doesn't know is they are blocked pores . What i find works best is using palmers coco butter body scrub . Scrub each boob for about a minute ,rinse and dry then once dry rub in some talc powder ( do not using cream as this will clog up the pores and keep your skin moist). This will help you stay dry and wear a bra with more breathable material. I find that when i get sweaty they appear more blocked and bumpy . Hope this helps P.s use the scrub every other day

I've had the same problem for years including dark scarring, very dar hair growth, etc. Your pores are big because of the acne, and yes, it is acne and you need to treat it with acne medications. You need a body wash with Salicylic acid, neutrogena makes a good one but there are many others. See a dermatologist to begin a course of antibiotics for the initial treatment, and a topical solution that's right for you.

Also, see an Endocrinologist. Acne, dark scars, rapid or new breast growth, lactation, can all be hormonal issues caused by a benign issue called pollycystic ovaries. Have your hormone levels checked and an ultrasound of the ovaries.

Hi! I've had a problem with small bumps, and blackheads on my breasts for many years but I have found a way that works for me to get rid of them. I don't know if a doctor would approve of this but it sure works for me.

When I take a shower I do my usual routine, hair, scrub body, etc. After about 15 minutes I use my back scrubbing brush or a body sponge and I put Proactiv body wash on it. I hold my breasts taut (just tight enough to scrub them effectively) and in a circular motion I scrub the area all around my breasts except the nipple. After 15 minutes in the shower the pores open up on my breasts and so using the Proactiv body wash can more effectively clean out the pores. This REALLY works. Do NOT squeeze the bumps! It causes scarring and does spread the infection. I notice that I do not need to use the back brush all the time. Even just a wash cloth or a body sponge with my cleanser for daily care is effective. I look at it as the way I care for my face. We wash our face every day with cleansers, follow up with toner and lotion and so I treat my breasts just like my face  Sometimes when it's my "time of the month" I see that I sometimes get a few pimples and more bumps on my breasts. I follow up with Proactiv lotion which has benzoyl peroxide. I'm not trying to push Proactiv on anyone because I think that even a regular body scrub would work, but the body wash they sell has benzoyl peroxide also and I have had fantastic results with it. This may seem a bit harsh for your breasts but I see so many women out there that are asking these questions and I have found this works for me. I also notice that my pores used to have 5-6 small hairs sticking out of them and this routine gets rid of those excess hairs also because they are not rooted in the pores anymore. Good Luck!! :)

Exfoliation is the best way to get rid of the black heads, discovered this recently. Get some exfoliating gloves on in the bath and use soap with them. Cleared about 85% off them in one go. You will need to keep exfoliating after too stop them coming back but it works!

I was told that it was due to keratosis polaris which is a genetic condition. I use salicylic acid wash (Agera) and Benyzol Peroxide gel every day on my face, but can't afford it all over my body too (nor can I reach!). It seems to be getting worse though so not sure I believe it's just that. Originally thought it was a methylisothiazolinone or penicillin allergy. Has anyone tried changing their diet or natural remedy? Yeah killing the bacteria is ok, but you kill the good bacterial and your natural skin oils so as soon as you stop it will come back.

i have this problem too and have always wondered why they are there and how to get rid of them but haven't talked to anyone about it. i have read a lot of responses and one really stood out to me...it was from 5 years ago and said exfoliate every day, drink a lot more water and don't wear tight clothing or bras while lounging at home or while sleeping...that makes a lot of sense. then something hit me...ok i know this is gross and a deep dark secret most women have but...it could be caused by not regularly washing our bras..i mean think about it....you sweat in your bra everyday even if it's just a little..you do. we don't really think about it...but it's true...so the next day we put it back on and don't think twice. just sayin maybe we should start washing our bras a lot more often ladies and exfoliate, drink a lot more water and don't sleep in our bras :)

It's a Fibroid Cyst. It's actually very common. You can watch many vidoes on youtube about it if youd like. But becareful trying to pop it. It may cause an infection especially if you aren't gonna take care of it properly.

If you put a warm compress on that spot. It will pull out the infection and go away.
