The issue im having is I let myself go and got overweight and out of shape. I just started a diet on Tuesday. In 05-06 I was running 3 miles a day and I started college and with papers etc I got big. First day, I go to the track to walk a mile and to run the straights on the second mile. Fine. Next day I wake up and do some lifting. While lifting I started to notice a slight issue with my lower left ab and left testicle. Ever since then the line of pain(I wouldnt call it pain but just enough to know its there) either goes from the lower left ab to the left testicle. Or, the testicle to the left lower ab. I cant figure out which one. I did some research on hernias. It says if its that its probably just the nerve shooting down. However, it could be other things as well. Anybody ever go through this or might have an idea what it could be. It was totally fine until I started working out. lmk if you can and thanks
