Hi I'm 31 years old male living in India. I have slight pain in my chest very very light pain. And kinda gas in my tummy. But sometimes I have some heavy pounding heart I can literally seem my chest and tummy jump. I have checked my heart with ECG, TMT everything seems to be normal. All my blood reports are normal. I just don't know what is wrong with me. I am obese 106kgs but I workout really heavy. Plz advise.
