Hi guys. I have a problem with my frenulum. About six months ago after sex I noticed a small cut on my frenulum. It hurt at the time and there was a small amount of blood, however I thought nothing of it, and continued to have intercourse on a regular basis with my girlfriend at the time. As the months passed it happened more often, i.e. the small cut would open up and bleed slightly, sometimes with a stinging pain.
I think the problem lies with a small bit of scar tissue just below the frenulum as this is the area which keeps opening.
Now six months on it happens most times. I've done some research online and have tried E45 and vaseline. This helps to some degree, however I just don't feel confident in having sex incase it happens again. Oral sex seems to be worse for some strange reason. Has anybody else suffered from this? What did you do? I'm slightly embarrassed to visit my GP for obvious reasons. Shall I just leave it for three weeks or something?
Any help would be appreciated.

I have this same exact problem - did you find a solution???
I've had this problem before. I'm a 24 year old uncircumsized male (circumcision is a mostly useless spook). I actually solved this by waiting long enough so that my frenulum would heal on itself. Abstinence seems to be the key. Take a break, man. I just recently managed to have it close all the way and it doesn't seem that even masturbating with high intensity can open it back up. All that's left to tell the tale is a small white scar tissue, and even that's falling off now.
