I have a small ball attached to my right testical and a very tiny not round attached to my lest testical . I have it from 2 months. What it could be?

It may be a cyst.
The problem is, we can't tell without an exam. Since this is something new that you noticed you NEED to see a urologist and have it examined. Any new lump on your testical should be investigated.
