I'm a 17 yr old boy who has a small built body frame. (5'3" 117lb)
My arms are small (circumference) as well as wrists.
Thighs aren't that big and torso is small built.

I work out and stuff but I never really see myself
getting bigger. The only difference I see is that I become more toned.
Arms remain the same size (forearms & biceps/triceps)
as well as my thighs.

So i was wondering if there is any way for me to become bigger.
Any special work out or diet?

Also can i grow any taller?

I've talked to my doctor & he suggested to eat foods high with protein (fish)
and to drink milk to help me grow.

I appreciate the suggestions/help.
