Small itchy burning bumps on private parts

I have these small bumps on the bottom part of my vagina, not in it but right outside and they started out small and have gotten bigger. They itch really badly and have gotten to the point that it burns and is red. They look like my skin color but sometimes they look a little white. I'm really freaked out. I've had them for like two weeks. And I have only had sex once like three years ago but we were both virgins and I haven't done anything with anyone since because I want to wait for the right person. But anyone please help.
