Hi I am 20 yrs old and recently about a week ago I noticed small pink like bumbs on my penis shaft about 5. They haven't spread and stay in the same place. I was sexually active with a girl who I dated for 3 months they don't hurt itch, nothing and somedays they seem to go down. They haven't gone away yet. They have what seems like a small hard top. When popped at first I thought they were hairs. Like I said they haven't gone away. Is this a skin condition? Please help I can'tgo see my doctor, due to I'm in a diffremt state than him.
