i am 24 and have recently found two small pimples they look skin colored on the shaft of my penis but near the top. i am super worried about this they are 2mm if that and are a cm or so apart from each other. can anyone give me any advice on this

I have a similar case where there is a skin color spot on the shaft of my penis. i think it mite be the chafing of my boxers on the side. I'd really like to know if it will go away or if theirs some kind of cream...thanks
