so i'm 19, never had a problem with my penis in my life, but i noticed after masturbating 2 months ago. i have these tough white patches of skin and they're small, only on one side and since then they come back everytime i'm done masturbating, which i only do like twice a week. it's not the forcydes spots. they don't come off, if i try to get them off it hurts like hell. i know i don't have an std because i get tested monthly. i feel like it's skin cancer but idk...help :(
