I noticed I have a small white spot on the underside of my penis head and it looks like a tiny white pimple but doesn't hurt / itch or anything, and I've not experienced any burning, itching or discharge. Its been about 3 months since my last sexual activity. I've had a bit of friction burn possibly, not sure though....

Hey there everything looks pretty normal to me I'm not sure what spot you are talking about but I didn't see anything overly alarming
Theres a tiny white spot on the last 2 pictures, at the frenulum, not sure if thats a sign
I don't think they are anything to worry about just keep an eye on them and see if they get bigger or irritating
