ok i had unprotected sex for the first time and like two days after my penis is itching and smelling bad ive also noticed dat my skin is torn wen i pull it back if anyone out there experienced this or know anyting about it please reply im 18 an concerned
Sounds like you may have an STD or it could be a yeast infection(guys can get them too) Advice to you, go to the doctor and get it checked out.

Is it just your frenulum?
It sounds like you had a pretty intense workout and the whole thing may just be irritated. If you came away with all that, her vagina must be a little sore too. Have you asked her?
Clean it well and maybe put some hydrocortisone cream on it to promote the healing.
You probably don't want to use soap on it. o.O Yeeow !
If it is a yeast infection you can clear that up by keeping it clean and dry by keeping the foreskin back as much as possible. My wife used to get yeast infections often and I would sometimes get it from her. As long as it doesn't get up inside your urethra and give you a bladder infection there isn't much reason to see a doctor. They can't do much except tell you to clean it and keep it dry so the little buggers die.

I got this too, my penis hurts REAL BAD!!
I also get quite bad cameltoe and my girlfriends vagina is also sore
I've never seen a bad cameltoe, what does one look like?
