I'm having the same problem. When I first smoked in February I thought the delayed sense of touch and tinglyness was because I never smoked before. Then I tried again a few weeks later and it did the same thing and I HATED IT again. Then I tried a couple weeks later with a different strain and it happened AGIAIN but the feeling was a whole week straight, but also I somewhat Felt high during that week, like more social and giggly and out of it sometimes. But it made me so depressed that I couldn't feel anything right, it got downright annoying and I became suicidal because it wouldn't go away for a while. It went away finally. And I haven't smoked since, it's been at least 3 weeks and the numb delayed sense of touch is back, has lasted a few days and I'm tired of it. I can tell you the weed was DEFINITELY the reason why this happened because never in my life have I felt this way (I'm 22 and female) and it directly felt this way every time I smoked. I'm really becoming hopeless at this point. If anyone knows the reason this happened specifically, or maybe the name of the disorder, or whether or not it'll go away, please tell me. Also don't say it's anxiety. Because the weird feeling comes back at random times, even when I'm very comfortable laying down, playing video games, hanging out with friends. When it shows up I don't get anxiety, I ignore it but it's still there and doesn't go away for a while. I try to forget about it as much as I can but of course I'm concerned and want answers too.

I’ve had this happen to me before I don’t really smoke Nor drink I’m an athlete so I’m really healthy. My friends got me to hit a bong and drink and the next day I felt out of body and sensitive in my hands. when I would touch my hair or go in my pockets it would be very tingly it continued for about a week. About 4 months later I end up trying weed again and it’s happening rn to me so I’m guessing it’s from it Idk why it’s happening but just stay away from it if you can. Also this never happened to me before these two times which is weird but you guys will be fine. Would give an out of body feel as well

I smoked 5 times no problem and then one night I ate 5 pot cookies (big mistake). Next thing I know everything I touched zapped me and and I had an electricity running through my body. I was like oh f**k. I got up to get a glass of water and as I walked up the stairs and I reached the top I felt myself start to walk up. My sense of feeling was delayed by a solid 5 seconds. Then as I walked I felt every joint in my body and every sore muscle ache. But the aches felt as though they were lightning bolts. As I got higher it got more intense until I was screaming in pain. The "lightning" began to cause muscle spasms and I had non stop cramps that were spreading through my body. My friends knew I was not controlling it because my muscles were firing in ways they shouldn't be and there were making visable knots. After 3 days the delay was gone and I could feel things in normal time. After one week the muscle spasms stop. After 1 month of hell the tingles that were mainly now in my hands went away. If something similar happens to you I do not recommend smoking again. It will go away eventually but the next time you smoke expect the same thing. It happens to me every time now just not as severe. It is also significantly worst before bed and progresses through the day. I also thought it was from nervous system damage

Im 20 and I have the exact same feeling as all of you. I smoked weed everyday but yesterday was different. I started losing sense of touch and my whole body was tingling. I honestly thought I was gonna die but Im here to tell you you're perfectly fine and everything is gonna be okay. Its been 2 days and its getting better. As im reading I see that this can happen to me in the future if I smoke, drink, or if im stressed.

I at least want to be able to drink so how do I reframe this feeling from happening?

Welp, its me again.  The feeling still comes back on and off. Was thinking about starting a GC with people who's had the same experience as me if anyone interested?

This happend to me two years ago. I still fear it everyday but I’m realizing that it slowly fading away in a way I’ve controlled it. I’ve realized that my sleep and anxiety have a big role on this. So what I’m trying to do and what you should do is to meditate and sleep well. It will go away forever but it will always be in the back of your head. Now you also need to see reasons in life. Why did this happend to just us and why can no one but us explain it.

Same sh*t is happening to me. 22 yrs male. It started after I smoked around 3 months ago. This feeling comes back couple days a week since then. Often I wake up and cant sleep until it goes off. For me this feeling lasts about 1-1.5 hours.

i'm very nervous about it, because i don't know how to fix it or what causes it.

Same is happening to me. 22 yrs male. Smoked 3 times in my life. I had this feeling each time while being high. After a month it started occuring randomly couple days a week. I would say this feeling lasts around 2-2.5h. Often I wake up in the middle of the night and can't sleep because of it.

I'm very nervous about it because I don't know how to fix it or what causes it.
