Till what time we should not smoke before and after exercise... My trainne says that I should not smoke 2 hours before and after my workout... Is this true????

Hey amit verma, first of all, let me start by saying smoking after/before exercising is really bad idea. Smoking will stop your gains, its will mess up your nutrition because of the tar and nicotine in the blood, it will increase your intake of CO2 if you do it after. I f you really have to smoke than yeah its true most people recommend taking 2 hours before/after smoking, so basicly it is true. Still I would advise you m8 to quit that c**p, its just bad for you.
