It doesn't matter if I work out indoors or out, airconditioning or hot sun, running, walking or lifting weights.
My arms and legs get cold, even though I am sweating. Have had heart checkup, and cardiologist doesn't seem concerned.
Someone has to have an answer this is a new condition for me within the last 6 weeks.
I thank you for your time. I know someone has the answer.

I don't think that it's all that unusual for you to have cold extremities after working out. When you do, that usually means that your body is trying to cool off so your skin will be cool to the touch. The sweat is what helps you cool down. Do you have any blueness under your fingernails or anything like that? I don't know if you'er still around but it would help to know. Thanks!

My skin is cold after exercising too. My boyfriend says it is like ice. I do not feel cold though. Just thought I would let you know you are not alone.

I have the same situation. I think, sweat evaporation causes this. Evaporation always cools the sorroundings. This is a well known scientific fact.
