I am 27 years old. a couple months back i started what i thought to be my period olny i never stopped bleeding.  Then before i got in to see the doctor i started feeling as if i had to pee constantly. So when i went to doctor they tested my urine. They found that i tested positive for pregnancy and they said i probly had a uti as well. So i went home with antibiotics. they worked for one day and then it seemed to come back full force. So i went back to doctor and got a different antibiotic. It seemed to make it go away but soon like three days later it was back.    Before i go any farther i have to add that after it felt like the Uti was gone i went in for an ultrasound and several hcg level tests. i turned out i was having a miscaradge. So they gave me some pills to basically help my uterus expel everything.  So now i was done bleeding when what i thought was a uti came back. So went back to my doctor he gave me two more antibiotics one was to take if the other didn't work. I ended up taking both one for seven days as directed, then because it didn't work, I took the other for 10 days as directed. The second one lessoned my symptoms but didn't make them go away. I noticed though that with the last antibiotic i started to have rectal itching and constipation. Then one day i noticed that i still had a brown vaginal discharge when i wiped. Then i noticed a little bleeding around rectum and that my poop was yellow everytime that i go. And it seems to be soft and skinny. Then came along my period again. It was horrid the cramping was so stong and my lower back, hips, thighs and buttocks hurt no matter what i took. I couldn't feel my constant urge to urinate over the cramps.  I went to the doctor and the think it is an over active bladder. They gave me some pills that are supposed to relax my bladder. they seemed to work a little at first but not so much now. And my perion has stopped but now i have pelvic soreness and i have brown discharge again and it makes my vagina a little itchy. I have this overwhelming feeling that something is not right. Has anyone ever had similar problems like this and if so what was causing it. I do not think it is over active bladder because i have no problem holding my urine in and the urgency does not come suddenly it is constantly there. I have a list of other things that it could be, with the symptoms that i am having. But i don't have the money to get tested for all of them. Basically i need to know what it most likely could be. If you have had similar things happen please let me know.

Ps i am married and have only had one sex partner in the 9 years i have been married i am pretty sure my husband has been faithful so i don't think it is sexually transmitted.
