the bottom of my right foot is very sore when stepping on my heel. the
doctors tell me there isnt much that can be done instead of not stepping on it (yeah, right). they tell me that it is plantar fasceitus and it will take a long time to heal & only by staying off of it. Does accupressure or accupuncture work for this type of condition. im getting desperate since i am a waitress on my fee a lot.
