Hello. Since I've begun masturbating six years ago, my penis has always been sore for the rest of the day after I ejaculate. It just feels tight and constricted all over, particularly near the head.
I always assumed this was normal, but never found anybody else who experienced the same problem. What is the situation?

Lay off doing it for a bit, and see what happens. So, I don't know how frequently you do, but usually if I masturbate too often my penis feels a bit like that.

ive been in pain for 4 years but ive been surfing the net ive tried some ideas and after 3weeks im feeling alot better give up caffine have decaf tea or decaf coffee give up choclate give up alcohol give up smoking give up fizzy drinks no onions or spicy food and have little bottles of actimel every day it has got good bacteria in it i no its hard to give all this stuff up but if you want to get better try this it could be the answer your looking for

wow ok well i'm not a guy, but i have 12 brothers and they don't how to keep things quite. This seems normal, really. Lay off Jerking it for a lil while, add some lube and you should be good. If this doesn't work i would go see my doctor. I know somethings aren't easily talked about but he or she may be able to help you give you some more advice.
