Hi I understand completely . I have seen a number of doctors had two chest x rays 3 types of antibiotics ,I still fell like death warmed up. more then 3 months now . any ideas help#

My whole family has had this for 3 weeks. After 8 Days we were all treated with a riotous and seemed to feel a little better. It’s right at 16 Days and we all woke up with what feels like a relapse.I have a few friends who have had this too. Whatever this virus is it’s just nasty! Unfortunately I don’t think is a quick fix for this. Hopefully it’ll play out and go away by Christmas. :/

I've had this for 10 weeks. Had a couple of good days, thought I kicked it, but then it comes back again. Just took a week off work to try and recover - still no better. It's a horrible virus I think. I know a few people with the same thing.

hey, same here. I've visited 4 doctors and 1 diagnosed me with gerd (which she said causes the sore throat) and 2 doctors with asthma. been taking meds for 2 months now but has no visible effect. I'm starting to think that I may not really have an asthma and been taking the wrong meds.

Same thing here. Around the 20th of Dec I went to doctor with sore throat and ears ache. Took a dose of antibiotics that didn't help at all. A couple times I have thought it was going away but it came right back. I am so tired ,but I'm also tired of sleeping and feeling run down. Hate to go back to doctor because I know they don't know what it is. kk

ME TOO! Is this ever going to go away!! Feb. 20 had flu type B. March 18, Flu type A, tested negative, but doc still thinks is positive. Took tamiflu the first time, too late the second. Now that pollen is here, extremely sore throat. Tested negative for strep. I just feel like I've been sick for a solid two months, coughing, sore throat, congestion, hoarseness. I don't know what to do about it!

Hi there I too have been suffering since Christmas. Initially I had a deep heavy feeling in my chest and felt tired and fluey with chills and a temperature. It then progressed even deeper into my chest which started to rattle. I then got the chesty cough which turned into s dry cough that I can’t shake. Every time my chest starts to clear a bit it seems like it comes back although I think it is maybe because my lungs are so inflamed. It hurt to breathe for 2 months. I have had four sets of antibiotics and a chest X-ray which was clear. The docs gave me the antibiotics when my chest worsened as I have asthma. I felt exhausted most of this time. Tried all the obvious natural remedies such as ginger tea, tumeric, garlic and heat on the chest to loosen phlegm. Now I am able to work again part-time but still feel a long way from back to old self. I feel about 90. Sunshine and laughter best medicine. Hang on in there.
