Can anyone give me an explanation as to the twitching I get that's central and under my breastbone, it feels like paplatations but im guessing its not, no other symptoms and its not painful, just irritating and worrying as to the cause. Not been to doctors as there is no pain so they won't do anything.

I have the same thing. Mine is more on the left center right under my sternum. It's not painful, just very annoying. i notice it more when I lean to my left side. I swear its almost the same feeling as when I was pregnant and the baby would kick. I AM NOT however, pregnant!! I checked my BP as suggested on another site and it was slightly elevated on the systolic side. (Not common for me) Any help would be appreciated.
