Not all guys are "shooters" some are "dribblers." Don't compare yourself to what you see in porn. You could say many of them are "freaks."
For healthy sperm, eat a well balanced diet. Don't use a laptop computer. Wear boxers or other loose fitting underwear, not briefs.

hey bob i really appreciate what medic-dan had told. you should use loose boxers because it will increase the air contact of testicles, and will regulate testicular temperature which will help you to generate well developed sperms. the healthy semen is one which is thick,highly sticky, sweet in taste, pure white or slightly yellowish, and should posses pungent smell. if you want to achieve this goal i,e to make your semen thick,sweet,white... you should drink 125ml milk every morning and at night before sleep also eat lots of sweet fruits especially pineapple, eat sweet cakes and chocolates, tamarind will definitely make your semen thick...

The heat from laptops damages the sperm.
Your testicles are in the scrotum, outside of your body, so that they remain cool. Putting a laptop on them, or tight briefs, raises their temperature.
Your testicles should be just below body temperature for best "sperm" development.

hey bob jii if you really want to eat dry fruits then you can eat Date's instead of other dry fruits ; but the effect they will make is very slow as com-paired to what i told you. so you do eat what i told you earlier.

hey i already told you the simplest and nessesory diet but in case of more consciousness about your sperm count and semen volume. you should try to eat/drink following things:
1.milk without any steroid or flavor but you can use sugar (note the milk must be cold/lukewarm ).
2.dry fruits including: Cashew, almond, date's, raisins,and mainly anjeer(dried fig).
3.for better results take some cold milk add any of the above dry fruit in it and put them for soaking till night and eat them at morning.
4.drink lots of water, fresh fruit juice mainly of orange,grapes,pineapple,guava.
5.eat lots of sweets and sour foods e.g. chocolates , milkshakes, candies, etc.
