im a 41 yr old housewife and have three kids...for three months ive been experiencing spotting spooting before my periods...about a week before my periods spotting starts and eventually becomes a little intense and finally my periods start on their normal date...i want to know the reason why this happens and whether it is normal or happens due to harmonal problems.
