is this how it makes you loose weight by urine and by other bathroom means ? can you get dehydrated :$
I took trimspa. and i went alot too! and yes it will dehydrate you. drink water. and honestly, i didn't lose a pound that wasn't water weight. which you put back on when you drink.. good luck
