My new partner was a virgin when we met and I had never had sex without a condom before meeting her. We had sex a few times the other day, on all occasions it was unprotected. Should I be concerned about STDs in such a scenario or am I getting myself worked up over nothing?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

if she has had no sexual contact then you really don't have to be concerned about contracting an STD from her. however, it is remotely possible despite you having used a condom that you have contracted something.
is your current partner on a hormonal contraceptive or are you not using contraception?

Thanks for your reassuring answer. My partner is taking a contraceptive pill, but I'm not sure which. I think it's the one you take for three weeks and then stop to allow your period to happen before starting again ... or is that what you do with all of them? Hehe, I am ashamedly underinformed about things like this!
