Hi, did you ever get tattoos and did it affect the steatocystoma? I've been trying to get tattoos for the longest time but I was afraid that it will cause my steatocystoma to swell up.

Hello! My name is Tsvetomila, I am 28 years old, and have this problem since my teenage years. The situation got really worse after my pregnancies, now I have cyst all over my body. I cannot even imagine if I try surgery removal.

I noticed you have tried Keto diet, could you give an update, did you continue with this regime, what results do you have? And what about the Cinsulin capsules you mentioned, do you take such, and do you think they helped somehow?

Wow. I can't believe this discussion topic is still here after s many years. I posted back in 2009.
I just wanted to comment C02 laser might work. I have seen youtube videos. dermatologist are opening up cysts with this laser surgery. It may not be great for darker skin tones. Might want to test a small area first.
I think I'm going to save up to see Dr. Sandra Lee aka Dr. pimple popper. She really is an expert at taking them out.

Hi everyone,

I just want to share with you all that I removed most of my SM today. About 160-200 bumps all over my body from face down to my knees.

I live in SG and I visited this spa in vietnam that I saw on youtube. After learning how they extract SM I purchased the blades they used and I am doing it on my own now. I just removed about 5 bumps on my own without feeling any pain. The blade is very sharp that it will pierced into your skin easily and you extract the sebum by squeezing the bump.

I visited different clinics from the past and they rated me $300-500 per piece. Ridiculous! I just paid $230 total for everything and now I know I can do it on my own already. :)

Do not be paranoid everyone. You do not to spend so much money on your SM. It can be removed with a simple procedure with A proper hygiene and sanitation - you can be your own doctor :)

During my menstrual cycle, I am beginning to get big painful cysts and they keep prescribing me doxycycline over and over. Do you have any recommendations for any hormonal pills? I’m hoping that I can control my hormones and maybe it’ll improve these painful ones.

Wow- I am so happy I came across your message. Is there anything that you took for your hormones? I have been dealing with inflammation on my SM right before starting my menstrual cycle. I’m not sure if birth control will help. Any suggestions? I would love to hear back from you.
