I was sick with what I thought was the "stomach bug" a week ago. I got severe stomach pain followed by approx 12 hrs of diarrhea. I then felt better. 24 hrs after that I started to vomit. I only vomitted once, but the whole next day felt "run down." I have since had stomach aggitation which is more severe a few hrs after I eat. it happens EVERYTIME so I am to the point where I eat next to nothing. What could this be?
