Wow. I have exactly the same symptoms lije the 26 year old one. Sometime i think i have anxiety attacks because i feel tightness in my stomach and a lump in my throat, burping..... Although, i have no change in stool or peeing or anything at all. Even recent blood work came back like i was 10 years old kid: perfect.

I feel for everybody in this post. I had the same problem.
There is only one person I know that can fix this, unfortunately it takes work (up to 3 months) and the person can't stand stupid questions.
He can explain exactly what this is.

Good luck to you all

I went to the hospital with this and they done an EKG on me and discovered heart issues. I had retained fluid which caused tht bloated feeling and caused me to have trouble breathing.

Hi everyone, im a 20yo female and I have had the same problems since about two weeks ago. It started suddenly when I was going to bed late, all of a sudden I counldnt breathe well and started having a panic attack and started shaking violently, which lasted about an hour. It stopped only after I woke my mom and she managed to calm me down and get me breathing normally again. It was so terrifying I was about to tell her to call the ambulance. The whole time I felt very bloated but thought it was from the heavy dinner I had that evening. From that day on I have had trouble breathing, eating, the breathing gets worse with stress and an attack can be triggered even by a scare. I havent been to a doctor yet, but I dont think its because of heart problems because I stopped visiting a cardiologist half a year ago, whom I was seeing because of high blood pressure and he told me my heart was fine. I cant relive the pressure in any way, i dont have a history of anxiety or gastrointestinal problems. However, it did start during my first semester tests during my first year of college, so for now I hope its just because of the huge stress ive been going through this past month. My latest episode was when I was walking to my school to take a test and I had to stop at a bench to rest, even though its about 100m from the tram stop, during the test I was fine but after leaving with my friend, I couldnt breathe all the way home, felt weak and went right to bed in fear of fainting. I found that breathing exercises help, and if I cant sleep I get up, walk around, try to calm myself, drink water and massage my stomach to belch even a little. Sleeping also helps, I have no problem with that and when I wake up I feel relatively ok :)

Guys, i know your pain because I had same issues when I was a kid. I managed to overcome them very simy. You think you can't take a breath but it's not the actual issue. The problem is there is not enough oxygen in your lungs. Nextvtime you getvthese sensations go agains your nature slighly and make a slow prolonged EXHALE. Then relax for a moment and allow yourself to take a normal breath. Will work like a charm, you will see ;)

I'm 46 and have been suffering bad from this problem. One possibility is hiatal hernia (google , YouTube) . When I messaged it down it seems to help for a limited time. I don't even leave the house anymore. It's terrible and scary. Last night I actually had my first good evening in months and I'm not really sure why . It's returned today and it's horrible. I need to lose weight but feel to scared to exert myself. Totally trapped, my wife thinks it's anxiety but it feels way more physical than psychological. Anyone know what this is?
