This could be a broad spectrum of things, but if it is coming from the abdomen, here are three diseases that have this link in common. Gastroparesis, Duodenal Ulcer, Hiatal Hernia. Eating a diet high in inflammatory foods combined with very little or too much exercise contribute to these.
Inflammation is bought on by Parasites. We all have good and bad bacteria living in our gut. But when eat a poor diet or take a broad spectrum of antibiotics, it kills the good bad bacteria. The bad bacteria take over and given enough time will start leeching out of our gut lining causing something called Leaky Gut Syndrome. These parasites produce a dangerous toxic chemical that releases inflammation in our body. (Think of a cold. Your sinuses may clug producing phelgm or you may run a fever to fight the infection. When your body has too many parasites, it may feel hot inside or inflammed from the inflammation.) Prayer, eating a inflammatory diet, detoxification, probiotics and unless you have a Ulcer, taking a Anti Parasitic herbal remedy will help in many case solve this problem.

Hello guys, I'm a 25y old male and I have been suffering from something similar for a few months now. Except with me, when ever I wake up in the morning and try to take a deep breath the pain in my abdominals stops me from furfilling a complete breath. It sometimes wake me up very early like now (5am). To compensate, I fight through the pain and stretch my stomach by breathing through my mouth as hard as possible. I dont get anxiety but I get angry as hell. I'm a fairly active person and do ab work out with no issue. Everybody, try looking up stretches for your Psoas muscle. Give it a try and post again. I'm doing the stretches now, good luck guys!

I have this same symptoms. Stress doesn't help nor does having deviated septum. I am worse when I try to quit smoking because I take a half puff. I am not fully inhaling the puff so the nicotine goes straight into my mouth and I am basically swallowing nicotine tea. My stomach hates it. Scents from plug ins etc...smoke from fireplace, perfumes and more are causing half breathes also. I eat small meals and am full instantly and my food feels like a rock in my stomach. My Dr diagnosed what was happening and initially gave me a deep muscle belly massage and gave me a muscle relaxer. I straight cried while getting the belly massage because it was forcing the muscle to relax, finally!
Avoid stress as best you can and try deep breathing excersizes(you tube), yoga, go for hikes, fish whatever helps you to completely relax.

I went through the same thing for about a year and half. Went to 7 different doctors and had my heart and lungs checked 3 times. I was even put on proton pump to decrease my stomach acid. No one could figure out whats wrong with me. My last doctor tried to put me on anxiety medication and I refused. I ended up feeling alone and helpless until one day I saw an old friend of mine. I told him about my situation and he asked if I had tried apple cider vinegar and I said no. But at this point I was willing to try anything. So I took his advise and started. I would take 3 caps full of apple cider ( The bottle cap) in an 8oz cup filled half way with water. I did this 3 times a day 5 min before eating. Once before breakfast, than lunch and last dinner. Within 3 days I noticed that I no longer had the issue and was cured. I continued this for about a month and on the second month I would only take it if I felt any shortness of breath and it would make it go away. At any time if you start getting the feeling just take some of the solution and it will go away. Just make sure not to eat or drink any dairy products before or after taking the apple cider. Also if you ever feel a heartburn just take some of the solution and it will go away. Last advice stop sugar intake. You cant completely stop sugar just because all foods these days have some added to them, but avoid candy, cookies, ice cream, sodas and you get the point. I hope this helps, cause it saved my life. No more shortness of breath and no more heartburn's of any sort.

Hello,
This is to all who wrote a description about who's your having maybe after eating and having a tight stomach and shortness of breath I didn't experiment on myself because I've been noticing the same problems for about 5 years but mostly when I had my surgeries and I was on pain medicine..
But today, I did an experiment and I ate light foods, soup,, popsicle, yogart, light vegetables and all was cool..
But when I ate heavier things bread, mash potatoes,etc...I had an tight stomach, short breath, anxiety and really tired feeling..
The food to me is the problem, and the anxiety comes from the stomach being bloated, restricting my diaphragm, to breath deeply, and then my mind goes in negative mode, also, I thought my pain meds were causing this, but hearing from normal people that you have my same problems and mostly all of y'all aren't on pain meds is making me think it's the food..
I have been using alot of herbal teas, ginger team that helps digestive tract, it helps when I come bloated and nervous and I go straight into stress relief tea and drink that through the night till I fall asleep..
I try not to eat past 1800 or 6pm and try drinking water with lemon, and do some kind of exercise to keep my mind off of it, I been doing this with my pain issues and it works with me...
I feel it's a diet thing, eat small portions and stay away of heavy foods...the herbal teas with more glasses of water, small amounts not over filling the stomach, maybe try this and see if it works..
Much success to all of you..maybe it is our food intake, stress, and lake of exercise..
I hate to go to bed on a full stomach within few hours I'm in an anxiety attack from all the symptoms and I love to sleep, but making my cut off time 6pm and light foods water, tea through the night may help.
Good luck.
AC

I had the same issues for a year but I also had arrhythmia, pounding heartbeats and All kind of tests and still nothing. I found a wellness center and am going through chiropractic care and have gone on a primarily vegetable diet with mostly raw fruits and vegetables. I have another 16 weeks but after the first 2 weeks my arrhythmia and an pounding heartbeats are gone! My anxiety is way less to the point of I am now able to wean myself off my anxiety medicine and my breathing has gotten way better. I used to hav to sit down after standing for less than 10 minutes and now I can go at time up to an hour before my pulse raises and I get tightness in the chest and can't breathe. Research Vagus nerve. Most Drs don't know what your talking about. Your stomach is 80% of most medical causes. The stomach sends signals to your brain at over 700miles an hour and the vagus nerve is connected throughout all your organs and that is what controls breathing, heartbeat, etc and if your stomach is out of balance along with spinal alignment it will cause many issues. I was not a believer until I found this medical group. They have literally saved my life

I have been having the same problems!!! Everyone is spot on!! But it’s truly is stress. Try this! Go get some frankensense 2 drops on your hands run together and breath in 3 deep breaths. Lay down with your stomach stretched out. Like your standing up looking straight up but laying down. Breath slow and close your eyes. Think about a beach in Florida and that you are half buried in the sand. If any part of that makes you feel like u can breath or less like u can’t. It’s stress.... it’s incredible what stress can do to you I have thought I was seconds away from a heart attack for almost 3 months now on and off

I totallly understand ive been having the same thing for a while as well. Im 24 and i have told my family these similar symptoms and they don't know what to do. I been to the doctor and they haven't found anything. But i will not give up. This is fear and it comes from the devil. All we can do is pray to God and cast all our fears anxiety on him and he will free us from this pain
