I have had stomache pain for some time now.I have had a CT scan on my abdomin and blood work. The CT said I have a SLIGHTLY enlarged liver and spleen. My bloodwork says all the numbers are good!I just had a stomache ultra sound done and I don't think they found anything there either.I was put on Aciphex and it really hasn't done anything for me.Sometimes my pain can go around from my stomache to the left side and right around to my back.Like the kidney area.I have been to 5 doctors. What's going on?
Sometimes, when we can’t find a cause of our troubles, it is quite possible that these troubles are psychological. You should know that the stomach is an indicator of bad general health, both physical and emotional. Stomach is the first them feels when something’s not right and the cause doesn’t necessarily includes the stomach or gastrointestinal tract.
I will write down only some of the possible physical symptoms caused by prolonged stress and anxiety. They include constipation, diarrhea, weight gain or loss, eating disorders, upset or acid stomach, cramps, heartburn, gas, irritable bowel syndrome, muscle tension, fatigue, irregular heartbeat, palpitations, asthma or shortness of breath, reproductive problems, more colds, flu, infections, etc
Emotional symptoms caused by stress and anxiety include nervousness, depression, moodiness, irritability, frustration, memory problems, lack of concentration, phobias, etc
So, if the doctors can’t find the cause of your pain, you need to take a proper look into your life. Think about your diet, feelings, thoughts, exercise, presence of stress, etc
Managing all these negative habits like bad nutrition, lack of exercise, presence of stress, etc…you may be able to get rid of the pain.
However, make sure that all the necessary tests are done in order to see if there is an underlying problem.
