My husband and I are trying for our second child. My last set of BC pills finished on August 3, 2008 and got my normal cycle but I haven't had one since...its now October 10th. I have taken 3 tests all negative. I took the last one on October 3, 2008. Now I am getting Lower back ache for over a week and cramping for the last 3 days or so. I know that you can get menstrual cramping a week before you start but I don't normally. I usually get the back ache but the cramping is like the day before. I keep thinking I am going to start but I don't. I don't know if I should try another test or what. Can some one offer some advice? I do have a doctor's appointment on the 20th but I may drive myself crazy before then. HELP!
