Hi:
Unfortunately, these can be normal side effects when you discontinue chemical BC methods. I know that it's miserable, but things should calm down for you. Your body is trying to readjust. You can do it. Think ahead if you can. I don't know why your doctor told you to stop taking them, but it must have been in your best interest. Try to focus on the end result. Good Luck. Please keep us informed about your progress.

they're probably your regular symptoms. I know I have similar ones & it's been a problem for me lately.

Well this is very normal that your are experiencing. Your body will need to adjust and it will take some time. Your body needs to produce hormones on a regular basic like it has before the pill. This can take from one to three month. It all depends from person to person. I hope that you will not experience side affects for a long time.
