I think I have this. I also pass these pinto bean objects that are brown and one was white. I noticed after drinking milk the next day I pass theses . I am convinced they are parasites but I had 4 stool samples and all came back negative for parasites. My doctor is currently sending them to pathology . One thing is when I pass gas or when I poop theses objects they smell horrific. I am sorry I know its gross but does anyone else's smell horrific like death?

I'm semi-relieved to see this answer. I am also vegan and just noticed one of these in my BM last night. I haven't had milk or cheese in over 10 years and I only take one B12 (dissolvable under the tongue) daily. I avoid gel-caps (gelatin) and anything else like the majority of the people on this thread. I just wish someone knew what these things were!

I have been on metformin for 10+ years and I've been fine until the last 2 months I have been having this issue of white things that look like eggs and are filled with fluid. I've had 3 stool samples tested and all came back nothing found. I'm getting really worried at why I'm having this yet they can't tell me what it is

I take an ER medication among many others and came to this post after searching for answers to what I occasionally throw up. I would describe them in the exact same way you have. White, spongy looking, rectangular with rounded edges (like a pill) but swollen. They also float. I have not however passed any in my stool that I know of.

Yes, I take metformin for type 2 diabetes. I just found my third one my stool I was concerned so I started researching and I ran across these articles and posts. I am so relieved to know that this is not some type of illness.

I am also on metformin and started seeing the same thing. Most likely from metformin then.

I've had this problem too. Was taking a time release antidepressant, still do. First time noticed was about 6 years ago, still passing them, but don't know how often, I don't do a daily check. Two things come to mind, not the medication itself, but the "time release coating" on individual grains inside the medication. The other is the large intestine diverticulitis. Is it possible those "Holes" that form in the Large intestine are big enough to accommodate the growth or deposit of substances and come loose and are passed on through, especially when one has bouts of diarrhea or loose bowel? Mine are round and about the size of a small grape. Was looking at a picture of a large bowel with diverticulitis, looks like it could be a reasonable assumption (only).

After months of research
On google I found that they are casein curds, which I know is correct because I was addicted to milk not knowing I was allergic to it. I thought I had parasites called flukes because that’s what they look like I took the bean shaped filled with powder to doctors . They sent it to lab and came back negative. So I stopped all dairy. No milk, cheese, and they stopped appearing in my poop. Every now and then I will eat dairy and before you know it I’m pooping curds again. So it’s not metformin although I do take metformin. I have taken it for years and never had this issue before but I guess after consuming so much dairy for so long after being allergic to it my body started rejecting with curds . And they smell like death. Sorry for tmi but people are going crazy just like I did. This is weird because I never heard of this I am now 54 so why now? It must be something in the cows.

Over five years ago I noticed this when I went to the bathroom.. I was living in the middle east then and Dr's there didn't known what it was. The even removed my gallbladder but it got worse. Dr's told me I was crazy. I did the research and found about cassien curds. It's an allergy to an enzyme in milk. It causes a rage of symptoms. Fast forward almost 6years and a stomach virus I start vomiting and diaherra hundreds of these. I recently diagnosed with diabetes and in metformin but that does not explain when it happened back then. I did the research and it's an extreme allergy to an enzyme in milk. So now I got to change everything I eat.

Same thing for me. It looked like a small bird's egg. I think it was probably a polyp that was dislodged and expelled with the poop. The one I noticed did not float. I don't know if I should be concerned.

So I also pass these objects that look like pinto beans. I have taken them to the doctor many times and they come back with nothing. Nobody seems to know what they are . Are they casein curds? Possibly? Because I know I am allergic to dairy. But I was also taking metformin at the time. Please help me figure this out. And they smell horrific sorry .

I can totally relate to everything you just said every single thing from spotting them in my stool to the horrible smell of these curds. I was convinced I had parasites eggs. I was horrified and disgusted with what I thought was living inside of me, and through months and months of my own research I found out about Casien curds. Thank you for all the information you provided, which was so on point and like I wrote it myself. It literally happened to me everything you said but yes Cassian and dairy is in everything. It’s in ketchup mayonnaise medication salad dressings bread, tortillas, french fries, fast foods, literally everything the only way you can avoid Cassie or dairy is to literally cook your own food and that’s all I have to say about that except one more thing I would like to add is dairy is the devil.

I had one of these today. It was about 3/4" in diameter, perfectly circular, about .5" high. It was a light orange on the outside, very squishy like a gummy bear, & had the "cheesecake" consistency on the inside that others have described. It was very dense. It was so dense it got caught in my anus & I had to really strain to get it out. This causes hemorrhoids to immediately form & start hurting. However, it matches exactly the description that many of you have provided.

I have been taking a generic version of Allegra-D the past few days, as others have said. I am almost certain this was the undigested Allegra-D.

I had ulcerative colitis & had the J-pouch surgery in 2005. I frequently see undigested pills in the toilet, but I don't remember seeing one that had swelled up like this. However, I hadn't taken this Allegra-D in probably 10 years.
