So basically, three weeks ago I had sex.... first time sex, have been holding out but decided to just get it over with so I was ready for when I really liked a girl and wanted to have actually experienced it before so as to perform well. I had just met this girl, and me and my roomies went in to hang out and drink a little. ended up hooking up with one of them, and in the beginning used a condom...... which broke about 15 min in, and i probably had about 3 full thrusts without it on before realizing it. replaced condom, then went on a bit longer. decided to take a break, and when we re-began the activities, did NOT use condom (I am a stupid sh*t, i know.... never again) and freaked for about 20 more minutes before I finished.
I have not yet been tested for anything, because at 3.5 weeks i am still within the window period for many things, and I need to find a discreet place as well so my parents never know I had to get tested. (is finding a sex health clinic much more reliable for testing than just a normal health clinic or college clinic // does HIV blood testing also check for other diseases or are urine//swab tests also needed?)
Naturally because I did not know this girl too well (she didnt look like a walking disease or anything just to clarify that... said she had been with 2 guys before which really means anywhere between 2-4) I was freaking out for the first two weeks, however fortunately no symptoms popped up.... I have fordyce's spots, and noticed a tiny blue spot right near the ring caused by circumcision, however it very well could have been there before, and has not grown at all. So basically, so far no external, and its been about 3.5 weeks. HOWEVER, I noticed about a week ago this strange, "twinging" feeling in my testicles... would not really call it "crawling" so much, but I guess close enough of a neighbor to count it same. I first noticed it while sitting, however this sensation has also come with standing. No pain, discharge from urethra, or pain during urination at all..... I have been so hyped up wondering about every feeling coming from down under whether or not it is normal or a symptom that these sensations very well could be mentally induced OR normal feelings that I have become ultra sensitive to? Most usually these symptoms I will feel in early evening, and not often at all. may not feel them one day, but then the other. They continue when I think about them, but also somtimes continue when I dont.
Anybody have any suggestions? The only other thing that I can think of that could cause this is that I recently began to weightlift again, so Perhaps the tension from this has caused this? idk guys this one has me beat. thanks so much for your time......

You're right, 3.5 weeks is early for some of the tests but you can always have it repeated. Go get tested and describe your symptoms. Most of the clinics use the same type of tests so as long as the procedures are followed correctly the results should be valid.
Some of the tests are specific, such as the HIV test. Others will test for multiple diseases.
If you're over 18, nobody should ever find out except for you. The clinic can not release the information to anyone without your permission. It's called HIPPA.
Now for what you know, and it's not intended to be a lecture...

You do know that you can't tell by looks if anyone has a disease. It's also not just the 2-4 guys she has been with but who the guys have been with and so on. See how rapidly things can spread?
