over the past few months starting the end of last year ive had so much stress with work friends
i spent time going out on weekends trying to forget about it all had quite alot of bad news this year.
Also ive quit smoking now seem to eat more than before it just seems like its never going away at the moment how do you deal with this it makes u feel worthless and u just dont wona be happy again
first u wona be round ppl then ur not really bothered anyone having these problems what did you do?
