I am an 18 year old boy and for the last couple of years, after ejaculation, if I flex the muscle in my penis I can feel cum still inside. Usually if I leave it (and it's slightly uncomfortable as each time I flex the muscle I can feel a 'blockage' of sorts) around 5-10 minutes later when I flex it again it comes out as a liquidy discharge, standard stuff. Alternatively, if I squeeze from the base of my penis to the tip (for lack of comparison like a yoghurt sleeve thing), solid and stretchy cum appears, which I can pull out of the tip of my penis for about 30-50cm before it ends. It's very stretchy and doesn't break, and I've always put this off as a unique way of cumming but to ensure its not a medical issue I thought I'd at least ask online, to see if I should seek further medical advice. Is this a sign of something wrong? Many thanks in advance

It is relatively common for some semen to remain in the urethra after ejaculation, and the sensations you described might be related to this. The urethra is the tube that carries urine and semen out of the penis, and it's possible that the muscle contractions during ejaculation don't completely expel all the semen.

Additionally, semen can change consistency and texture after ejaculation, which is considered normal. It can go from being more liquidy to thicker and more gel-like, and the stretchy texture you described is not necessarily abnormal.

However, if you are experiencing discomfort or any other unusual symptoms, it's essential to see a healthcare provider for a proper evaluation. They can assess your symptoms, perform any necessary tests, and provide appropriate advice or treatment, if needed.
