I have heard everywhere that stretchy cm is a sign of pregnancy and if you guys had intercourse a week after menstration then its possible you're pregnant. Take a test and see and then if no period, take another a week later.

Depending on how regular your periods are, you might be experiencing this type of discharge because you are ovulating. That would mean that you probably are not pregnant, still, your periods would have to be very far apart for that to be the case.
