In the very opening of my vagina, I have a stripe patch of growths that look like tiny strings. I seem to have a little bit on the inside of my labia minora, too. I really wouldn't have even craned my head down there and noticed them in the first place but they ache and the skin feels irritated. I'm 19 and have never had any sexual contact if that helps. If anyone has any ideas, that would be great!
It may end up being a broken hymen. Hymens can break from exercise such as running, horseback riding, etc.
If it continues to ache and itch after probably a week, You should go to the doctor's. It could be infected.
Did you get the covid vaccine? I read that the side effects from it are horrifying and devastating. I also read that people have been pulling strings, fibers, and wire like items from their skin. This could very well be from that shot.
