Morning Denise,

I can give you a ton of free advice but....you NEED to see a therapist. You have an addiction and no one can help exept a trained Therapist. Do you have medical insurance? If you do, this will cover a good portion of your visits. If you don't, go to Social Services and apply for medical benefits. You say your teeth are okay now but eventually the ice will erode them and remove the enamel, which can not be fixed.

You left your marraige because your husband pulled the plug on your fridge! Sounds like there is something else going on there. Don't talk about it, do something about it. You can talk and complain all day long, it won't help. Your boss already warned you, now it's up to you. CALL SOMEONE.

Hi Denise, I once had an ice craving problem. My problem was caused by low iron. Once my iron level was normal i stopped craving ice. It might be worth checking into. It worked for me.Let me know if it works for you.
