I took an Ibuprofen tablet about 18 hours ago and i think its stuck in my windpipe, I have no problem breathing and have tried coughing it up but it just hurts also tried drinking water but it didn't help either

A throbbing ache in upper chest and windpipe started a few days ago and comes and goes. What is causing this?
