i made mistake of taking subuxone day after methadone. n severe withdrawal. what do i do? take more seboxone or i have methdone. will it make me sicker?

The only thing you can do it to wait about 20 hours then take the suboxone again. This will take you out of withdrawl. I know this because this happened to someone that I know and this worked very well for them. I believe they only waited about 15 hours but 20 will be safe for sure, Good luck.
